SHIPPING POLICY
At Sunset Downs we can ship our products anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $12. We do not offer International shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Sunset Downs Craft we are confident that the products will be to our customer's satisfaction. Our Return & Exchange Policy is that if the product has arrived damaged, photos of the damaged product will need to be submitted and once approved a replacement will be shipped at our cost or a refund will be provided.

Unfortunately, we do not provide a Change of Mind refund or replacement as the products are custom/personalised or for sanitary reasons.
